Job Description

HackerKernel, a fast-growing tech solutions company, is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in social media management, especially within the B2B space.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and supporting lead generation through strategic content. You’ll work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to ensure that our social media reflects our brand’s voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies focused on B2B growth
  • Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce campaigns and branded content
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage community engagement and customer interactions
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics
  • Assist with paid social campaigns and optimizations

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar
