Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Executive who can strategize, execute, and optimize engaging content across multiple platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
• Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads and engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Engage with audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns and analytics tools
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags strategy, and social media algorithms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and time management skills
