Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Trainee to join our team in Bhopal. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in Salesforce development and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and work on Salesforce CRM fundamentals, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports
• Support the team in customization, testing, and deployment activities
• Work on data management tasks such as data import/export
• Collaborate with senior developers and admins on real-time projects
• Document processes and solutions as required

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CRM concepts
• Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals (Admin / Developer basics preferred)
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
