The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration, along with the required certifications. The role involves creating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and drive growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
• Implement best practices in Salesforce development and administration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance and functionality.
• Conduct regular system reviews and recommend enhancements.




Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, Lightning components, and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and UI development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
