Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and business development. The candidate will be trained on sales processes, client communication, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation and client outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

• Understand company products/services and pitch to potential clients

• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM

• Support the sales team in meetings, follow-ups, and closures

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

• Prepare sales reports and maintain records

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (MBA/BBA preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
