Responsibilities:

• Project Identification: Actively search for and identify suitable IT projects on online bidding platforms that align with our company's expertise in areas like software development, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly review project requirements, understand client needs, and assess project feasibility.
• Proposal Development: Draft winning proposals that clearly outline our project approach, timeline, team expertise, and competitive pricing.
• Communication & Negotiation: Effectively communicate with potential clients to clarify requirements, answer questions, and negotiate project terms.
• Bid Management: Track deadlines, manage the bidding process for multiple projects, and ensure all submissions are complete and compliant with platform guidelines.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and pricing models within the online IT project bidding landscape.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in identifying and securing IT projects through online bidding platforms.
• Excellent understanding of the software development, web app, and mobile app development life cycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• Experience in project management methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient in using online bidding platforms and project management tools.
