Job Description

The Lead Generation Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT software service industry and a proven track record in developing and executing lead generation strategies. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.


Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.
    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
    • Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new lead opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT software service industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation tools (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation platforms).
    • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
