Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling core HR functions and a passion for managing people processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

  • Support in payroll preparation and attendance management.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Address day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support.

  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes

Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    6 months – 1 year of HR experience (preferably in recruitment and employee engagement).

    Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools/software.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
