Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator

Requirements

Incumbent with the relevant experience of 1 to 3 years as a Project Coordinator .

Executing and monitoring project plans and project schedules.

Organizing, attending, participating and following up on stakeholder meetings.

Documentation and follow up on action items and decisions from meetings.

Track, monitor and report on project status and team deliverable.

Ensuring that the projects adhere to timeline and report any roadblocks/red flags to respective project manager.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions to avoid any delays in schedule. Help building views and reports for team members, project managers, program manager and client stakeholders for increased project visibility.

Follow project management best practices.

Develop roadmaps and maintain backlogs in cooperation with product, development, and QA teams.

Help building reusable project timelines and reports.
