Job Description

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and Agile-driven Project Coordinator / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by facilitating team collaboration, aligning efforts with business goals, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA specialists, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and updates.

• Identify and address risks and roadblocks early by working with relevant teams to develop timely solutions.

• Ensure all team members are clear on their responsibilities, deadlines, and project goals.

• Communicate project status effectively to internal teams, clients, and leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
