About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling core HR functions and a passion for managing people processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain HR databases.
  • Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees.t.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support


Requirements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-6 month of HR experience (Preferably in recruitment).
    • Good knowledge of MS Office 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
