Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Flutter Trainee who has basic practical experience in Flutter development and is interested in building mobile applications. The candidate will work with our development team on live projects, learn industry practices, and improve their technical skills during the 6-month trainee period.

After successfully completing the trainee period, candidates may be offered a full-time position based on their performance and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Work on UI development and implement responsive mobile screens.
• Integrate APIs and work with backend services.
• Debug and fix application issues and bugs.
• Understand and follow coding standards and development practices.
• Work with the development team on live projects.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and application improvements.
• Learn and implement new Flutter/Dart concepts as required.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Understanding of Mobile App Development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
• Understanding of JSON and asynchronous programming.
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Candidates with 3–6 months of Flutter internship or relevant practical experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from Bhopal.
• Candidates should be willing to learn and work on live projects.

Trainee Program

• Duration: 6 Months
• During the trainee period, you will receive hands-on experience working on live projects.
• Performance will be reviewed during the trainee period.
• Full-time employment opportunity after 6 months, subject to performance and company requirements.
