Job Description

HackerKernel is a top IT services provider dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients. We’re looking for an MBA graduate to join our team as a Business Development Trainee, where you'll contribute to client acquisition and business growth strategies.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through various channels.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitches for potential clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and solutions.
  • Update CRM systems with client information, follow-up details, and lead progress.
  • Support the BD team in developing strategies for customer engagement and market expansion.

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus
