Job Description

The Business Development Trainee will support the sales and business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in converting prospects into business opportunities. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-time sales processes and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, and databases

• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns

• Qualify leads and maintain data in CRM or tracking sheets

• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and follow-ups

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication

• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

• Track daily and weekly sales activities and report progress

Requirements

• Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good research and analytical ability

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented

• Willingness to learn and grow in sales
