Job Title: BDE Trainee (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

HackerKernel is looking for a dedicated and target-driven Upwork Bidder – BDE (Part-Time) who can generate business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The candidate should have basic experience in bidding and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
• Write customized proposals
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Handle client communication (chat, email, calls)
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Maintain bidding records and achieve targets

Requirements

• Strong written English communication
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, MERN, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
• Understanding of Upwork bidding process
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Target-driven approach
