Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
  • Source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create job descriptions and align hiring needs.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, manage candidate experience, and extend job offers.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including document preparation and induction.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage recruitment documentation.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents (contracts, offer letters, NDAs, etc.).
  • Support HR team with employee engagement, training, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and industry requirements.
  • Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
