Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Trainee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel sheets
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups
• Assist in email drafting and outreach campaigns
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Basic understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online research
• Strong learning attitude and attention to detail
