Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Executive with experience in IT recruitment and bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting the hiring needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements efficiently.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in HR recruitment.
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience handling bulk hiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
